Nut & Seed Granola

This granola recipe makes a big batch of deliciousness. Store it in a glass container for 4-5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.




  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut. Add the cinnamon and salt so they are well incorporated.
  3. Mix and add in the wet ingredients.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients ensuring everything gets coated. Add of splash of juice or water if it seems dry.
  5. Spread out the granola in an even layer on a baking sheet. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  6. 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven add dried fruit. Remove from oven, set aside and let cool completely.
  7. Store in cupboard in a jar or airtight container. Large batches can also be stored in the freezer.
