Salted 'Caramel' Oatmeal

Three very simple ingredients take a humble oatmeal to a whole new level – the perfect weekend breakfast.

  1. In a sauce pan, heat almond to a  simmer. Once simmering, add oats and cinnamon.
  2. Stirring occasionally, cook oats and almond milk until well combined – about 5 minutes.
  3. In a seperate small bowl, whisk together tahini and maple syrup.
  4. If needed, add a splash of water to thin the mixture to get silky texture.
  5. Add a pinch of sea salt and stir well.
  6. Top ‘caramel’ onto cooked oatmeal and top with chopped almonds to serve.
  7. Enjoy!
