1. Juli Bauer’s Paleo Cookbook
I fell in love with this cookbook the moment I made Juli’s paleo pizza crust. OMG – not only does it taste like the real deal, but it’s really quite easy to make! Juli Bauer runs the popular food blog PaleOMG .com offering amazing paleo recipes, as well as fashion, fitness and beauty tips. This is her third cookbook and it is loaded with delicious and practical recipes, perfect for the paleo foodie in your life or someone just looking to introduce some new healthy recipes to their diet.

When someone adopts a new diet it can be hard to get through holidays and parties with family and friends with strong food traditions. Luckily Danielle Walker, the voice of Againstallgrain.com, has created the ultimate cookbook for all year full of celebrations with gluten-free, dairy-free and paleo recipes for every occasion from game day to Valentine’s day. Not only are the photos in her cookbook absolutely stunning, but the recipes are gorgeous as well, and her Sweet & Sour Meatballs are a personal favourite.

3. Super Food Family Classics
Jamie Oliver is one of my main inspirations in the kitchen; I own almost all of his cookbooks (of which there are many), and they never disappoint. Each and every one of them is filled with flavourful recipes that anyone can easily make at home, as he knows how to keep food real, without making it complicated. This cookbook is perfect for anyone cooking for kids or families focusing on everyday superfoods; which is exactly what we should be eating.

4. Everyday Cooking
Minimalist Baker is one of my go-to blogs for fool proof plant-based recipes ideas. The concept of MinimalistBaker.com is recipes that either include 10 ingredients or less, can be made in 1 pot or pan, or take less than 30 minutes to prepare. Now that’s something I can get behind! In addition to wonderful recipes, this cookbook includes some great cooking resources and tips to help make you a plant-based pro in the kitchen.

Lexiscleankitchem.com is filled with tons of easy meals, and loaded with lots of batch cooking and crock-pot recipes too, and her new cookbook contains 150 fantastic new recipes to add to your repertoire.
