Individual consultations are done in a 1-on-1 setting where we review diet, lifestyle and nutrition factors to help the individual reach their health goals. I look at the whole person and their lifestyle, as I believe that everyone is biochemically unique and there is no “one size fits all” solution. A person’s dietary needs will change due to age, weight, activity level, health status, and stress.
