About Steph

Stephanie Kay is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) and a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Steph shares her passion for nutrition by offering private seminarsworkshops, public speaking, group programs and offering 1-on-1 consultations.

Steph (also known as Red) is the creator The Real Food Reset; a 28-day nutrition program designed to help people create long-term nutrition habits and reset the way people look at food forever. She is a regular guest presenter on CTV Morning Live Ottawa and works in partnership with many food organizations and restaurants in the city of Ottawa. In her spare time, Stephanie lives a very active lifestyle doing CrossFit, running, spinning and practicing yoga, and on weekends you can find her shopping at the local farmer’s market.
