Stephanie Kay is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) and a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Steph shares her passion for nutrition by offering online programs, public speaking, and online nutrition coaching.
Steph (also known as Red) is the creator of Red’s Reset; a 28-day nutrition program designed to help people create long-term nutrition habits and learn to make real food work for real life. She is a regular guest presenter on CTV Morning Live Ottawa and works in partnership with many food organizations and restaurants in the city of Ottawa. In her spare time, Stephanie lives a very active lifestyle doing CrossFit, running, spinning and practicing yoga, and on weekends you can find her shopping at the local farmer’s market.
