The combination of rolled oats, egg whites, and milk creates a light, fluffy, and filling bowl of egg white oatmeal that makes a delicious breakfast with 20 grams of protein!

Ingredients

Rolled oats Egg whites Milk Salt (optional) Cinnamon (optional) Honey (optional)

Instructions

Warm oats and milk. Add rolled oats and milk to a pot and bring to a simmer.

Add egg whites.  When the oats are almost cooked, stir in the egg whites.

Add toppings. Transfer cooked oats to a bowl and add toppings of choice.
