Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh berries, to serve
- In a small jar or container, add the oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds and stir to combine.
- Add milk, Grek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup (optional) and stir until well combined.
- Cover with a lid and transfer to the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, remove the lid, give everything a good stir, and top with fresh berries to serve.
