Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, florets removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Lemon zest (optional)
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, add broccoli florets, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and sea salt and toss to combine.
- Add broccoli florets to a baking sheet, and transfer to the oven for 20 minutes.
- Optional: Once cooked, remove from the oven and season with parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
- Serve warm.
