Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grab a baking dish or baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, add the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated garlic, and grated ginger, and whisk until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish lined with parchment paper, skin-side down and spaced out equally, then pour the miso glaze over each fillet until well covered on the top and both sides, using a pastry brush or spoon to ensure each fillet is well coated.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. If you prefer a crispy top, once almost cooked, turn the oven to broil for 1-2 minutes until the top of the salmon fillets is golden brown.
  5. The salmon can be served immediately with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onions or cooled and stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

To Use Garlic Powder: Swap the grated garlic for 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

To Use Ground Ginger: Swap the grated ginger for 1 teaspoon of ground ginger.
