If you’re looking for an easy breakfast, these high-protein strawberry overnight oats are a great make-ahead meal.


  • 1/2 cup oats, rolled or quick-cooking
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced


  1. In a mason jar or small container, add oats, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, honey, and a pinch of salt and stir to combine.
  2. Add chopped strawberries and stir again until well incorporated.
  3. Cover with lid and transfer to the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  4. In the morning, grab them from the fridge, remove the lid, give everything a good stir and top with additional strawberries and honey as desired.
