Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats, rolled or quick-cooking
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- In a mason jar or small container, add oats, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, honey, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt and stir to combine.
- Add chopped strawberries and stir again until well incorporated.
- Cover with a lid and transfer to the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- In the morning, grab them from the fridge, remove the lid, give everything a good stir, and top with additional strawberries and honey as desired.
