- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 4 heirloom tomatoes, red and yellow
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1/4 cup pesto
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crusty bread, to serve
- Slice heirloom tomatoes into wedges, cherry tomatoes in half, and layer onto a platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with basil, pine nuts, and dollop with pesto.
- Top with burrata cheese, season cheese generously with salt and pepper and a final dollop of pesto.
- Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
