Moist, fluffy, and full of flavor, these healthy blended baked oats are a cross between a bowl of oatmeal and muffins and they are absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Rolled oats Banana Egg Milk Vanilla extract Maple syrup Baking powder Salt

Instructions

BLEND Add ingredients to a blender and blend until a batter forms.

POUR Pour the batter into ramekins greased with butter or oil.

BAKE Transfer ramekins to the oven and bake until oats are fluffy.

Dietary Adaptations

Dairy-Free:  Swap the milk for almond or coconut milk.

Vegan:  Use almond or coconut milk and swap the egg for a "flax egg".

Gluten-Free: Use certified gluten-free oats.
