These copycat Starbucks protein box recipes are a great meal prep idea since they are high in protein and easy to transport! The egg and cheese, cheese and fruit, and PB & J protein boxes are the classic combinations but feel free to play around with the ingredients to create any combination that you like.

Egg & Cheese Protein Box
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1oz cheddar
- ½ Royal Gala apple, sliced
- ½ cup red grapes
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 slice seed bread or crackers
Cheese & Fruit Protein Box
- 1oz brie cheese
- 1oz cheedar cheese
- 1oz gouda cheese
- 8–10 crackers
- ½ Granny Smith apple, sliced
- ¼ cup almonds and dried cranberries
PB & J Protein Box
- 1 slice bread
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon jam
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons tzatziki
- ½ Royal Gala apple, sliced
- 1oz cheddar
- ¼ cup almonds
Instructions
- Combine chosen protein box ingredients in an airtight container.
- Serve immediately or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- If using apple, be sure to cut it closer to when it will be served, or squeeze a bit of lemon on it to stop it from browning.
