Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, toss Brussel sprouts in olive oil and sea salt.
- Pour them on a sheet pan and ensure they are well spread out so they can roast evenly.
- Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside. Be sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t burn and toss them around from time to time to brown them evenly.
- Remove from oven and sea salt to taste as needed.
- Serve warm and crispy!
