Eggs

Eggs are relatively inexpensive, high in protein, full of healthy fats, and rich in micronutrients. Whether you’re a fan of boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, poached eggs, or egg bites, you’ll find an egg recipe that works for you. Be sure to check out my spicy poached eggs, spinach egg muffins, or egg white oatmeal for a fun twist on a classic egg dish.
